Dispute Resolution Specialist The candidate will be responsible for processing disputes, conducting research and reviewing court documents with a sense of urgency. Andrew applicant calls and determine if a claim is a valid dispute. Working from all Sterling platforms (Axcess, Tracker, Phoenix, Admin). Processing disputes and reinvestigation requests within strict deadlines. Performing online searches - court dockets, statutes. Contacting clerks and applicants as needed. Reviewing court documents and order court documents from the court or the Sterling network of court runners. Log all claims in Salesforce. Correcting reports as needed based off information obtained, federal/state/client restrictions. Conduct follow-up calls as needed. Should preferably have Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two year college or technical school, paralegal certification. Must have 2-4 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in criminal records, paralegal, criminal justice experience is a plus. Ability to understand legal terminology is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet is needed.
