Legal Assistant Duties: Provide fundamental support to our attorneys, through a variety of task which include, data-entry, research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and correspondence with clients and the defendants.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. Previous administrative experience is preferred in a high volume environment preferred. Previous experience in mortgage banking, foreclosure firm or law also preferred. Professional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with co-workers as well as clients; Strong word processing and proofreading skills; An ability to work meticulously to ensure the quality of your product; An ability to work independently while also being a team player; A working or proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel relating to accounting type spreadsheets; An ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; A self-starter with an ability to organize and prioritize daily duties in order to meet established deadlines with minimal supervision; A desire to be successful in your career.
