Part time Legal Assistant The candidate will serve in general office administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, mailing and faxing correspondence. Will assist with calendaring and maintaining the organization of files. Answer phones, receptionist duties. Provide high quality administrative and legal secretarial support in a timely manner.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have an Associate’s degree in business administration or related field. Must have 3-5 years of secretary/administrative assistant experience, preferably in the legal field. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to work with legal technology (NYSCEF and Federal court ECF, transcription software, digital dictation equipment, etc.).
