Client Services Manager II The candidate will serve as a Client Services Manager in firm’s Third Party Liability department. Will work on variety of administrative and legal tasks related to their primarily responsibility of obtaining/maintaining eligibility data feeds with commercial, government, and other insurance carriers. Under limited supervision, Client Services Managers research potential eligibility data sources, identify appropriate contacts, and initiate the data sharing process. Client Services Managers act as facilitators throughout the data sharing process, acting as project managers and liaisons between relevant stakeholders and proactively resolving roadblocks. Must have proficiency with time and workload management. Very strong verbal and written communication skill is essential. Proficiency Microsoft Windows and Office products (esp. Word and Excel) is essential. Bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certification, and 3+ years’ work experience with legal support is essential. Background in government and/or commercial insurance healthcare coverage is a plus.
