"Lovely Place to Work"

Former Employee - Reviewed on September 02, 2017

To management, make sure that what is going on is understood before taking action to fix a problem. That is very important and helps fix issues that may arise from going in too quickly.

Pros : Working there, it always seemed that everyone put in their fair share on what had to get done and gave everyone advice on what they found to be right. It is a nice place to work in.
Cons : Management, at times, tends to get involved in things before realizing what is actually going on. They don't understand the root of the conflict and try to solve it, which causes other problems.
