It is a very hectic place. The work is long and the stress high. The moving up part is very confusing and could use some work. The senior partners do not care at all about the lower level people and that gets confusing.Pros : This is a large firm and has top level clients. They also only recruit from the best and brightest so you feel very much at home if you fit into that category. I did and I was very happy at the first when I was able to get into such high level cases and clients. The work is very intense and the pay is excellent.
