Bi-lingual Legal Assistant The candidate will provide assistance to office attorneys in the practice of immigration law. Draft government forms, court pleadings, and correspondence for clients and US government officials, as directed by supervising attorney. Communicate directly with clients by phone, mail, and in-person, as necessary. Learn and use in-house web-based client case management system to record all case activity and events. On occasions, serve as Spanish language interpreter at government in-person interviews for clients. Bachelor Degree (any field) is essential. Must be fluent in oral English and Spanish, with preference for those who also read and write in both languages.
