Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from current clients, prepare motions and filings, assist in preparation for hearings, assist the attorney with preparing for trial, manage attorney calendar, maintain client files, draft discovery responses and drafting, coordinate mediation and perform other general office duties. Will also handle special projects for the lead attorney.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Paralegal certificate. Must have 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm. Familiarity with MyCase, Microsoft Office, Technology is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential. Absolutely must have experience in family law experience. Must be familiar with family courts in Dallas, Collin, Denton, Tarrant and Rockwall essential.
