This role requires a proactive attorney licensed to practice in New York, with responsibilities that include managing cases and making appearances before the Workers' Compensation Board.

Location: Garden City

Duties:

• Handle day-to-day management of workers' compensation cases and depositions.
• Draft and dictate correspondence to clients, updating them on hearings and deposition outcomes.
• Conduct telephone conferences with witnesses.
• Guide clients through the workers' compensation process.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar Association (pending admission is acceptable).
• Experience in workers' compensation law is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New York State Bar License (Required; pending admission acceptable)
