Legal Assistant - Records Candidate will provide clerical duties in support of our busy litigation team. Will work in support of the firmâ€™s attorneys and paralegals in obtaining all medical, government, and other service provider records; maintain daily checklists to track and monitor the status of assignments; compose routine correspondence; scanning, filing; and photocopying.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must have 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment; proficiency with Microsoft Word; excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills; detail oriented and exceptionally attentive to accuracy; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous law firm experience is a plus.
