ProfileLegal Assistant - Records Candidate will provide clerical duties in support of our busy litigation team. Will work in support of the firm’s attorneys and paralegals in obtaining all medical, government, and other service provider records; maintain daily checklists to track and monitor the status of assignments; compose routine correspondence; scanning, filing; and photocopying.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must have 1+ years of experience working in a professional office environment; proficiency with Microsoft Word; excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills; detail oriented and exceptionally attentive to accuracy; and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous law firm experience is a plus.
