I would like to see this firm raise its bar in terms of raising the minimum requirements to get hired at this firm. I would then like to see management implement daily meetings to keep everyone on the same page.Pros : It is very easy to land a position at this firm whether you are an attorney or some other staff member. The work environment is very casual and most members at this firm are very friendly.
