Litigation Associate – Family Law
The candidate will have substantial client contact and make regular court appearances. Handle sophisticated family law issues for clients throughout California. Must have 2+ years of experience. Applicants need not have experience in family law, but must have significant experience in civil litigation. Should have a distinguished academic record and exceptional research and writing skills. Strong verbal communication skills are required. Must also have significant experience with all aspects of discovery and law and motion practice. Familiarity with basic business valuation principles, financial statements and tax concepts is preferred. Experience in family law is a plus. Must be a current, active member of the California Bar Association.
