Profile

Document Specialist, Secretarial Services
The candidate to join Secretarial Services Department. Will be responsible for typing, revising and finalizing documents, including correspondence, memoranda, pleadings, reports and other legal and non-legal related items for the firm’s practice and administrative areas. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a legal word processing position. Excellent word processing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe 8 or 9. Help desk experience a plus.

I suggest having some fun team building stuff to keep people from getting bored. People will work better if they aren't so bored all the time.

Pros : The work here is extremely easy and the pay is decent enough for it. We even get a decent amount of vacation time.
Cons : Every day here is a slog and you just count down the hours until it is over. The work is boring and requires no thought at all.
