The firm should continue to build on the family aspect of the firm. Management should be trained in leading effectively. Toxic staff should be retrained and offered classes on how to be more positive in the work environment.Pros : The law firm primarily focuses on creating a unity amongst staff members. There is a strong presence of family here. Hours of work may vary and leave room for flexibility.
