"Great for Patent Law, but High Expectations"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 28, 2017

It's okay to have expectations, but you can't expect someone just starting out to carry the same load as a seasoned veteran. Allow them to learn and they'll perform better for you in the future.

Pros : If you are getting into patent law, Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds is one of the best places to learn and get experience. The firm has pretty good benefits, as well.
Cons : You are often times left feeling like a number and lost in the firm. They sometimes have unreasonably high expectations of their workers, especially ones just starting out.
