Identifying potential opportunities and communicating these to engagement team. Learning and researching current market trends, to build your credibility as a trusted advisor. Supervising a motivated team of associates, guaranteeing they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential. Collaborating not only with your team but others outside immediate team. A Bachelorâ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline. CPA license, or be a member of a state Bar is needed. A 4+ years of relevant experience. Professional knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring is needed. Experience managing budgets, people and project is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building high functioning teams are needed. Technical writing and research experience in a tax context is needed.
