Duties:

  • Lead a team and manage your caseload of Workers' Compensation cases in Missouri.
  • Take depositions, draft motions, and prepare for trials and appeals.
  • Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and quality legal work.
  • Participate in client meetings and offer strategic advice on case progression.
  • Contribute to firm newsletters by writing articles on legal topics relevant to clients.
  • Lead presentations and educational sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and colleagues to refine litigation strategies.
  • Stay current on legal developments and ensure compliance with evolving laws.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license a plus).
  • Experience in Workers' Compensation law or related civil litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and lead a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license preferred but not required).
