Licensure and Compliance Analyst (Virtual) The candidate will be providing a national review of state licensing board regulations related to College of Behavioral Sciences programs and graduates. Assisting with management and tracking of applicable state and national requirements and guidelines. Maintaining and updating tracking systems. Reviewing and analyzing licensing board rules, policies and decisions. Coordination with program directors and college leadership on research and application projects. Assisting with drafting student facing correspondence and communications. Supporting coordination, tracking, and development of licensing and compliance projects. Liaising with enrollment and advising to evaluate student licensing concerns. Must have 2+ years regulatory or professional licensing board experience, preferably in a higher education, regulatory or licensing board setting. Should preferably have BA/BS, Paralegal Certificate or relevant work experience. Knowledge of state professional licensing board rules and regulations is a plus. Excellent oral and written communications skills is required. High computer literacy including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel is needed. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint is preferred.
