Manager of Contract Administration The candidate will draft, review and negotiate standard business contracts such as NDAs, Master Sales Agreements, Amendments, Consulting Agreements. Will report to the CFO and will have significant interaction with internal and external facing business partners, including a geographically distributed sales team. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions for software license, consulting and NDAs. Consulting with stakeholders in sales, finance, consulting and other departments as well as outside legal counsel as necessary. Work closely with sales team to provide guidance and assistance. Oversee contract content for appropriate terms, including legal and revenue recognition. Maintain all contractual records, report on adherence with contract requirements & risks, and offer resolutions. Conducts audit. Ensuring BKTBâ€™s interests and corporate objectives are served. Improve upon existing systems, processes and procedures to streamline and optimize â€“ build out the formal contract management function. Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution at contract renewal. Participate in other projects as requested.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have Paralegal certificate or law degree. Must have 3+ years of experience negotiating software license and/or SaaS, consulting and non-disclosure agreements. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have exceptional time management skills; prioritization in managing multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce required.
