Real Estate Paralegal

Profile

We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing contracts, including lease or rental agreements and closing documents
• Review and balance closing statements
• Facilitating communication between the lawyers for buyer and seller
• Facilitating communication with realtors and lenders
• Reviewing title opinions, communication with title companies
• Monitoring financial transactions
• Preparing legal descriptions of land
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Record and store client information

?Qualifications:

• Must have an understanding of how real estate closings are conducted
• Previous experience as a real estate assistant or paralegal
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
