Treasury Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities: Responsible preparing, organizing, and tracking counterparty document requirements as related with KYC, legal and other corporate documents. Processes documents with a focus on financial, regulatory, and operational oversight. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. Work closely with the warehouse counterparties in preparing, maintaining, and reviewing corporate documents, organizing files, and ensuring timely delivery of the required documentation as may be related to KYC processes, Audit, Due diligence. Reviews corporate and legal documents such as W9, Beneficial Ownership, KYC, Entity formation documents. Responds to lenders with request for data as it may relate to KYC, audits, due diligence, etc. Maintains and tracks expenses related to each deal. Prepares Month End reporting with summary of changes on counterparty terms. Prepares KYC related forms, W9 and other reports as needed. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or an Associate Degree in Paralegal studies preferred. 3+ years’ related work experience. Experience in dealing with contractual agreements. Demonstrated knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position. Knowledge of general/accounting-like reconciliation procedures is the key to being a successful Treasury Analyst Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are imperative. Intermediate math skills; the ability to calculate interest and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs are all necessary skills that a successful Treasury Analyst must have. Effective organizational and time management skills. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are also key. Ability to make decisions that have significant impact on the immediate work unit and cross functional departments. Ability to remain detail oriented and maintain accuracy. Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and long-term basis. Ability to deal with complex difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in nonstandardized situations. Ability to work with little to no supervision while performing duties.
