Junior Construction Litigation Associate The candidate will work closely with other partners and senior associates on construction disputes involving claims of delay, disruptions, and defects, as well as on construction contracting matters. Must have 0-2 years of relevant experience at a large or mid-size law firm; experience in construction litigation and construction contracting is preferred, with a demonstrable interest in the practice of construction will be considered regardless of the prior experience in the field; prior construction, engineering, or architectural industry experience prior to law school is preferred. Should have to exhibit practical, solution-oriented, and collaborative practice style; ability to interact directly with clients, and work independently and as part of team; strong academic credentials and writing skills; excellent communication skills; commitment to provide the highest quality service to clients.
