ProfileLegal Internship Intern must be certified by the Supreme Court, however first year students may apply. The program exposes interns to all aspects of the District Attorney’s office. Interns are assigned to work closely with Assistant District Attorneys, and assist them in case preparation and prosecution. Law students who are certified by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania will conduct hearings in open court under the supervision of Assistant District Attorneys. All students will have the opportunity to conduct legal research and assist in trial preparation. Summer Internship: Applications accepted January 1st – February 28th. Interviews in March.
