Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will assist the General Counsel in preparing, arranging, finalizing and organizing legal documents. Will be charged with performing a wide range of duties, including the following: Preparing, reviewing and revising agreements; Conducting business- and legal-related research and analysis. Reviewing transaction-related documents to ensure that all requirements are met. Working closely with business partners to assist them in legal-related matters. Bachelor's degree is essential. Must have 5+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal; in-house experience is preferred. Excellent research skills and ability to understand legal material is essential. Familiarity with legal terminology, contracts and other legal documents is essential. Must be proficient in PC, Excel, and Word.
