San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with preferably 2-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will join a litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters. Will independently manage a litigation caseload. Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Review and analyze discovery requests. Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings. Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing. Trial preparation and support. Maintain accurate time records. Must be admitted to practice in California. Should have experience with motion practice and depositions. Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions needed.
