ProfileProcessing Associate / Client Services Coordinator The candidate will assist in the completion and distribution of legal documents produced by the Records department. Will offer administrative support to records department by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, uploading, printing and distributing legal documents. Perform quality control check of all records before processing and production. Provide additional administrative support as needed. Process record requests and legal documentation. Ensure accuracy, quality and completeness of data. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry. Scan and/or upload files to MR8 system for client's view. Works with supervisor to understand and complete projects. Adapt to a team environment to achieve client satisfaction. Should have high school diploma. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Must have 1 year of related experience in legal industry. Should be proficient in MS Office products.
