Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney The candidate will analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients. Will draft pleadings and briefs, and correspondence to clients. Conduct legal researches using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Draft interrogatories and document demands. Review document collections in preparation for litigation. Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Submit filings to the court. Should have 4-15 years of experience. Must be admitted to Practice Law. Should have excellent academic credentials. Strong insurance coverage experience is required, particularly with general liability policies. Commercial Litigation experience required. Must have excellent legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail is needed. Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
