Try to make it so that promotion and bonus-related decisions are more objective and less tied to people's relationships with one another. A casual environment is a plus, but make sure that professionalism is always maintained.Pros : The firm offered pretty good benefits and put more emphasis on the work-life balance compared to other firms I have worked for. The general atmosphere here was mostly relaxed, and there were some opportunities to travel.
