Intake Specialist The candidate provides our potential clients the ultimate telephone experience. Wil answer and screen calls and emails from potential clients. Obtain pertinent information from new potential track of potential cases and follow up on database in a timely strong rapport with potential clients. Sales skills are of paramount importance with the ability to the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and ability to discuss the root of their legal issues. 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience. Must be bilingual in law firm experience is also a plus.
