Legal Secretary The candidate ‘must have 2-4 years of experience, preferably in worker's compensation defense. Should be responsible, ability to multi-task, possess the ability to organize and maintain complex litigation files; have excellent technical, interpersonal, and client-related skills; have a creative and diplomatic approach to problem solving and a keen sense of organization. Requirements: Must be able to transcribe dictation; Diary management for partners; Preparing partners for meetings (conference room booking, conference call number booking, etc); Travel arrangements for partners; Document production, including typing, tracked changes/delta views, cross referencing, house-style and fixing problem documents; Drafting correspondence; E-filing; Billing, expenses, disbursements.
