# Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a mid-level associate to join the Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice group in our Boulder, Chicago, Denver, Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or Princeton office. The associate will be involved in construction, real-estate litigation, and eminent domain matters throughout the country and would assist with depositions, expert witness preparation, legal briefing, trials, and in advising clients on legal issues and dispute resolution strategies. ## Qualifications Our ideal candidate would have four to five years of experience in real estate litigation experience. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and very strong academic credentials and analytical ability are required. This is a trial-based practice, and the candidate should also be interested in ultimately trying cases. Prior stand-up experience would be a plus but not required. ## Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position in our Denver office is $235,000 - $255,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
