ProfileDirector, Advanced Markets The candidate will be responsible for providing consultative legal and life sales expertise and analysis on issues concerning estate planning, business planning, tax law implications and other complex insurance strategies. Partner with Marketing, develop advanced markets content and drive and manage multiple facets of advanced markets campaigns through various company divisions and functions from start to finish. Monitor tax, legal and regulatory developments and analyze their impact on business. Communicate these changes to the field in terms they can understand. Deliver internal and external presentations related to Advanced Sales (primarily educational and training based) as well as field presentations with regard to various advanced markets topics. Respond authoritatively to inbound phone calls from internal and external sources regarding various advanced markets topics and to direct inquiries to subject matter experts outside of Advanced Markets as needed.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Post-Bachelor’s degree (also known as graduate degree: J.D. or MBA in Accounting). Should have 3-5 years of experience working with business markets. Strong communication skills including verbal and writing required. Should have Tax experience and a strong business background required (for example, experience working in the tax department of a “Big 4” or national accounting firm or law firm). Confidence presenting and speaking in front of groups is required.
