Production Controller (Aircraft), GS 9 Responsibilities: The candidate will be performing shop floor support duties including:induction of repairable assets; communicating priorities; ordering repair parts; moving parts in conjunction with the expediting function from one work area to another. Will be maintaining inventory information on End Item Work In Process (WIP) and repair parts. Following up on requisitions and providing feedback to the direct labor worker needing the material. Participation in monthly scheduling of workload in the shop. Maintaining overall control of the materials budget for each assigned program.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications:
The candidate must have Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2+ years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
OR
Should have 1 year of specialized experience which includes:Experience with coordinating material and supplies in a production facility; Experience with methods and procedures, manpower, and material requirements; Experience with automated systems, e.g. Systems Applications and Products (SAP) and Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
