Paralegal - Trademark
The candidate should have 2+ years of trademark-focused experience, including preparation of documents related to prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trademarks, recordation of transfers of ownership, and working closely with clients and international local counsel on routine trademark-related matters. Experience with trademark clearance, opposition, and cancellation proceedings at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and due diligence in mergers and acquisitions preferred. Experience with Foundation IP docket management software is a plus. A paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have superb organization skills, interest, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, with strong analytical abilities, excellent oral and written skills, and will be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines.
