Business Analyst, Assistant Vice-President The candidate will plan, organize and control assigned project activities related to the ECMS initiative including supporting the writing of classification and extraction rules using vendor software. Work closely with vendor resources to understand the activities related to writing classification and extraction rules. Establish metrics to monitor project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget. Establish metrics around contracts and effectiveness of ECMS and identify additional value add opportunities. Maintain issue and risk logs, identify appropriate mitigants and manage the change control process. Coordinate and report on project status, risks, and issues resolution. Contribute to operating model design efforts to establish interim and BAU models. Must have 5 years of experience in financial services project, operations, or support functions. Should preferably have paralegal type skill set with contract knowledge and/or IT/Technical background. Specific experience delivering design, business analysis, requirements documentation, and / or QA testing across numerous finance or operational platforms is required. Demonstrated ability to plan interdependent activities across a team of resources across diverse functions including operations, finance, IT, and risk / compliance is needed. Experience working on a large system implementation including the development of future state process flows and operating procedures is must. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, and MS Project is essential.
