I would like to see management put in place a few younger attorneys so that there is an appropriate balance between change and unwillingness to change. Right now the firm feels like it's stuck in its way's which is a real shame.

Pros : I learned a lot while working at this firm and formed some good relationships with other coworkers. I also thought the work was interesting and never dull.
Cons : Some of the senior level attorney's and management members are a bit stubborn and seemed unwilling to change their ways. This led to difficulties in more than quite a few instances.
