Litigation Paralegal The candidate will process incoming and outgoing mail pertaining to contested foreclosure files. Draft basic to immediate correspondence and legal documents such as affidavits, judgments, and motions. File documents with the court. Monitor activities and deadlines in foreclosure litigation files such as trials, case management conferences, and other hearings. Enter and update notes on current foreclosure litigation files. Provide updates to our clients on case status. Scan, copy, and organize documents for the attorney. Assist attorney in preparation for meetings, hearings, and trials. A HS Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred. Must have strong computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook as well as general understanding of software systems; LPS, Lenstar. Should have 1 year experience, preferably in a foreclosure law firm environment.
