The candidate will be managing complex investigations by providing legal advice and direction to our law enforcement partners. Drafting various legal processes, including wiretaps, CSOs, GPS warrants, and other documents. Prosecuting offenders committing the above-mentioned offenses. All phases of litigation except appeals. Must possess a . degree, be an active member of the New York State Bar in good standing and be a resident of New York State. Must have experience in handling all aspects of a criminal investigation and prosecution. Excellent writing skills and experience drafting search warrants are needed. Grand jury and felony trial experience are essential. Extensive knowledge of New York Penal and Criminal Procedure Laws is needed. Basic understanding of financial transactions, social media platforms, and the internet. Must be willing to investigate and prosecute traffickers in child sexual abuse materials. Should have the ability to devise creative solutions to investigatory and legal issues.
