There needs to be a focus on offering employees a varied work schedule. Management should work towards improving in the area of treating the support team with more respect.Pros : The law firm offers a salary that is in the same area as other firms. The firm does pay attention to the office and its employees. Employees are shown recognition for what they do for the firm.
