Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation and claims management attorney with 5+ years of general casualty, commercial, government, or administrative litigation experience. The candidate will represent a large international logistics and transportation client in all aspects of litigation, regulatory work, and general counseling issues. Will independently supervise and manage a national portfolio of litigation matters, working on cases from beginning to end; management of national claims program. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Must be admitted to practice in the State of Illinois (other states' admissions also considered). Transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory experience preferred. Experience managing a national liability claims program preferred. Client counseling experience preferred. eDiscovery experience preferred. Legal project management experience preferred.
