Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville seeks a highly qualified Legal Secretary to support high-level attorneys in the Education practice group. The Legal Secretary (“Administrative Assistant”) will assist with all administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include editing and finalizing documents, interacting with clients, coordinating attorney’s calendars and managing case files. Candidates should be flexible to work overtime as needed. Qualified candidates must be organized, able to work accurately under deadlines, have clear attention to details, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 3 years of professional, executive secretarial experience is required, preferably in a law firm. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
