ProfileSenior Immigration Attorney Candidate will represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law, particularly with non-immigrant applications (H-1B, L-1A / L-1B, blanket L, TN, E-3) and immigrant applications (PERM Labor Certification, Multi-National Managers, I-140 petitions and I-485 Adjustment of Status). Requires experience with overseeing, managing, and assisting a team with a high volume, rapid turnover caseload, to ensure the accurate and timely filing of business immigration cases. Effective staff management of both seasoned professionals and less experienced individuals who require appropriate and varied levels of supervision, training and mentoring, is critical to maintain the firmâ€™s consistent high-quality casework. Must be experienced in handling and cultivating corporate client relationships, including the ability to identify and resolve issues and negotiate successful outcomes for clients, when needed. Other requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an active state bar license in good standing, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain cool under pressure.
