Profile

Senior Immigration Attorney Candidate will represent clients in all aspects of business immigration law, particularly with non-immigrant applications (H-1B, L-1A / L-1B, blanket L, TN, E-3) and immigrant applications (PERM Labor Certification, Multi-National Managers, I-140 petitions and I-485 Adjustment of Status). Requires experience with overseeing, managing, and assisting a team with a high volume, rapid turnover caseload, to ensure the accurate and timely filing of business immigration cases. Must be experienced in handling and cultivating corporate client relationships, including the ability to identify and resolve issues and negotiate successful outcomes for clients, when needed. Other requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, an active state bar license in good standing, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain cool under pressure.

Review:

"Great Place!"

Current Employee - Reviewed on September 13, 2017

Consider hiring more employees to even out the workload more. That will make for an even better environment and make things better.

Pros : This is a great firm and I feel like I have grown quite a bit while being here. It is enjoyable and a great place to be.
Cons : I really feel like the workload can be spread out more evenly. It can be stressful at times and that is hard.
