Inhouse Contracts Paralegal The candidate will prepare and process subcontractor and consultant contract packets. Will draft contract summaries for executed agreements. Process and issue template agreements: NDAs, SOWs, Amendments. Process Certificate of Insurance and Due Diligence document requests. Draft clerical RFP responses. Calendar Trademark registration renewals. Handle legal departmental general administrative tasks. Oversee Document Management and Compliance Process and Training. Manage the project closing process to ensure that the firmâ€™s policies and client contracts regarding document retention are followed. Work with Managing Directors and project teams to facilitate the transfer of project files to a central depository. Determine which documents should be retained in the Archive. Track employee compliance with the project closing process and report results. Retrieve documents from the Archive as requested. Work with the Chief Technology Officer to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures. Perform quarterly compliance audits. Support training of new employees on Document Management policies and procedures. Update and maintain Document Management and Compliance policy documents. Should have 5-10 years of experience. Must be able to handle Certificate of insurance requests, Preview and redline NDAs, process form agreements, SOWs, and handle administrative tasks.
