Treasury Solutions Implementation Consultant The candidate will act as a Project Manager, Bank / Financial Services Documentation and Contract Subject Matter Expert and thought leader for the Treasury Solutions Implementation Team Facilitate projects and drive to completion. Manage team project tracker to ensure success; Implementation Integration Lead for large acquisitions. Manage bank web portal upgrades and communication with Enterprise users. Bank / Financial Services Master Services Agreement Negotiation and Management (review, comment, lead internal teams, coordinate with banking partners, maintain project tracker, facilitate bi-weekly internal update call). Bank / Financial Services documentation and Know Your Customer Subject Matter Expert (coordinate Authorized Signer, Sub-delegation, Schedule A, Banking Resolution, etc. Updates). Know Your Customer and Corporate Governance Advocate (liaise with Corporate Governance, Legal, and Banks to escalate KYC related issues). Subject Matter Expert regarding new compliance, regulatory, and bak/vendor requirements. Custody Agreement Management. Collaborate with internal risk partners to ensure bank/vendor compliance with Enterprise standards. Extensive communication with financial institutions personnel, Enterprise Legal counsel, and other group business groups and Leadership.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree or higher. Preferred Qualifications: Major field of study in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Must have 5+ years of experience in Bank or Non-Bank Treasury Management sales, compliance, or implementation and/or applicable Finance experience including treasury, cash management or financial analysis. Project Management experience or training is desired. Should have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Must have sound business and financial acumen. Should have knowledge of banking services, product implementations and/or experience maintaining relationships with banks. MS Visio and Access skills are desired. Corporate Governance or Paralegal background is preferred.
