"Full Service Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on October 26, 2017

Make an effort to remember the people at lower levels contribute to your success just as much as the rainmakers at the top. Foster a more team based system.

Pros : The firm takes care of its employees and the attorneys are the best of the best. You can expect to learn a lot if you make the effort to reach out to them. The firm has a lot of work, resources and a heavy caseload.
Cons : There is a very heavily weighted preference for those at the top. The workload can be very overbearing sometimes and require long hours. It can be hard to build a client base.
