Paralegal The candidate will intake, analyze, summarize, organize and index documents and data received from clients and produced during discovery. Pull and prepare production of documents deemed discoverable evidence. Conduct privilege reviews. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals and assistants. Prepare chronologies of facts and production charts, perform searches and pull relevant information, organize relevant documents for attorney review for witness interviews, depositions and motion exhibits. Trial preparation, trial work and management of exhibits and presentations. Demonstrate basic strategic thinking and initiative with case assignments. Address client case status inquiries, including steps in process remaining, processing times, and conflicts. Provide all types of assistance to attorneys in their representation of employers in workplace related claims and issues. Must have Paralegal certification or equivalent qualifications. ABA Paralegal Certificate highly is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills is required. Proficiency in Lexis and Windows environment, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and some familiarity with internet based document management system is desired. Experience with reporting billable time and cost capturing for analysis performed is must.
