A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in the technology and life sciences sectors, and will be adept at managing complex transactions. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the negotiation and drafting of complex mergers and acquisitions agreements.
• Conduct due diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Advise clients on corporate governance matters.
• Provide counsel on transaction structuring and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transaction execution.
• Manage and mentor junior associates and support staff.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of mergers and acquisitions experience at a leading corporate firm.
• Active Bar membership in California.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions independently.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the California Bar.

Skills:
