The firm handles a large volume of high-value, high-profile cases, and the successful candidate will manage these cases from inception to trial. Location:

Duties:
- Manage litigation cases from inception to trial in premises liability matters.
- Engage in court, deposition, and motion appearances throughout New York.
- Mentor junior associates and provide guidance in case preparation and legal strategy.
- Handle high-value personal injury cases, including six and seven-figure settlements.
- Negotiate and mediate settlements and engage in trial as needed.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure case success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in personal injury or premises liability law.
- Admitted to practice in New York.
- Experience with trial and settlement is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, motivated, and capable of managing high-value cases.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York.
Skills:
- Expertise in personal injury and premises liability law.
- Experience handling complex litigation cases, including trial experience.
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior associates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
