I would appreciate more stable hours; it's interfering with my home life and is kind of hurting my social life with my family and friends.Would appreciate some more clear paths for promotions or raises at the moment; I don't even know if that's a thing at all.Pros : I've worked for Anderson, McPharlin&Conners for six months and the first thing that I noticed was that the work environment is very peaceful; it's not chaotic at all and everything is very well organized.Management is available and willing to help us with our questions and concerns.
