Legal Analyst The candidate assists in reviewing and drafting initial drafts of board/shareholder consents, cover letters, and other documents as requested/instructed by attorneys. Assists with corporate secretarial matters including maintaining and organizing corporate books and records, managing global subsidiary information and officer/director information, and coordinating review process of global entity management. Manages state corporate annual report filings including preparation and updating various corporate database reports. Works closely with Finance, Tax, and HR and assist with due diligence activities and corporate transactional matters. Assist with trademark matters, including filing of trademark applications and correspondence, and with oversight of infringement complaints. Performs administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, filing papers, answering telephone calls, and maintaining and organizing reference files. Other duties and special projects as assigned; must collaborate well, with a willingness to work on any project, big or small . Corporate Secretarial experience is preferred. Or any similar combination of education and experience. 1 year of previous paralegal or legal assistance experience preferred. (2-5 years preferred)., Should have Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience. Should have good oral and written skills are required. Must have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Experience with GEMS or similar entity management software is preferred.
